AHOF Ignites Seoul: Iconic BTS & NCT WISH Covers Electrify First Fan-Con! 🔥🎤 K-Pop’s Next Era?

The landscape of K-Pop live performance is constantly evolving, pushing boundaries of immersive fan engagement and theatrical spectacle. This evolution was on full display as the nine-member powerhouse AHOF (아홉) recently captivated audiences in Seoul, delivering an unforgettable experience that has the industry buzzing.

Kicking off their 2026 activities with explosive energy, AHOF (Steven, Seo Jeongwoo, Cha Woonggi, Zhang Shuai Bo, Park Han, JL, Park Juwon, Zeun, Daisuke) hosted their highly anticipated 1st Fan-Con, titled ‘AHOFOHA : All Time Heartfelt Only FOHA,’ on January 3rd and 4th at the historic Jangchung Arena in Seoul. This marked their first full-group fan-facing event in Korea, and the anticipation was palpable.

The atmosphere was electric as the nine members delivered an astounding 16 songs live, including a series of exhilarating encores. From the moment they opened with ‘INTRO+AHOF, The Start of a Shining Number (Intro)’ and ‘Let’s Meet Again There (Rendezvous),’ the synergy between AHOF and their dedicated fanbase, Poha, was undeniable. Members expressed their excitement, noting, “Hearing Poha’s cheers as we started our first stage gave us a jolt of dopamine. It’s wonderful to kick off 2026 with so many fans.”

The concert’s dynamic flow continued with tracks like ‘Worst in the Universe,’ which saw its first-ever performance at the fan-con, eliciting an explosive reaction from fans. They seamlessly transitioned through ‘Sleeping Diary (Outro),’ ‘Run at 1.5x Speed,’ and ‘Blue School, Green Grass, Red Sneakers,’ showcasing their versatile discography. AHOF‘s reputation for formidable live performances was evident; even amidst rigorous choreography, their vocals remained flawlessly stable, enhanced by their perfectly synchronized group dances.

Perhaps the most talked-about segment of the ‘AHOFOHA’ fan-con was the special unit stages, a testament to AHOF‘s diverse talents and K-Pop’s rich legacy:

  • 🎶 Steven, Park Han, Park Juwon, and Daisuke brought the house down with a scorching rendition of BTS’s ‘MIC Drop,’ channeling an intense charisma that left audiences spellbound.
  • ✨ Seo Jeongwoo, Cha Woonggi, Zhang Shuai Bo, JL, and Zeun enchanted with a refreshing and adorable cover of NCT WISH’s ‘poppop,’ showcasing their brighter, youthful charm.

Beyond these show-stopping covers, the setlist was packed with fan favorites including ‘We Ready,’ ‘IGNITION,’ ‘Mamma Mia (Who We Are),’ ‘Butterfly,’ and ‘Pinocchio Hates Lies,’ each performance met with roaring applause. The fan interaction segments were equally memorable, with members fulfilling pre-submitted fan wishes, engaging in playful missions, and delivering witty banter and reactions that added a layer of intimate fun.

The fervor reached its peak during the encore requests, leading AHOF to deliver an emotional triple encore with ‘Never Lose You Again,’ ‘It Won’t Be Incomplete,’ and ‘Boy, Falling on Stage (Intro),’ pouring every last ounce of energy into their farewells. Through their agency, F&F Entertainment, AHOF expressed profound gratitude: “It feels unreal that the fan-con we worked so hard for is already over. Seeing our fans enjoy themselves gave us even greater energy. Thank you for starting 2026 with us. We will use this day with Poha as our driving force to work hard this year. We promise to repay you with activities that will never disappoint, so let’s continue together.”

AHOF’s strategic inclusion of high-profile covers like BTS and NCT WISH wasn’t just entertainment; it was a smart industry move, demonstrating their versatility and global K-Pop fluency. This fan-con is a prime example of how K-Pop groups are leveraging immersive experiences and diverse content to solidify their brand and connect deeply with a digitally native audience.

The success of AHOF‘s first Korean fan-con solidifies their position as a group to watch in 2026, promising a year filled with dynamic performances and unwavering fan connection.
