Making their official debut on January 12 with their first mini-album, ‘EUPHORIA,’ ALD1 made a memorable appearance on ‘Amazing Saturday’ on January 17. The episode, themed ‘Saturday Drive,’ kicked off with an explosive performance of ‘FORMULA’ by members Rio, Junseo, Sangwon, and Xinlong, leaving a powerful first impression. Despite being only five days into their career, the group boldly stated their desire to ace every quiz, showcasing their spirited rookie determination.
During the intense dictation game, Rio, Junseo, Sangwon, and Xinlong actively engaged, seamlessly blending into the unfamiliar variety show environment with their quick wit. The tension rose with each answer, and Xinlong‘s sharp contributions brought the team closer to victory, enhancing the game’s excitement. Throughout the broadcast, ALPHA DRIVE ONE‘s genuine reactions—from enthusiastic cheers for each other to candid surprise at wrong answers—amplified their fresh rookie appeal.
Later, all ALPHA DRIVE ONE members joined forces to deliver a stunning performance of their debut track, ‘FREAK ALARM,’ earning enthusiastic applause from the ‘Amazing Saturday’ cast. The energy continued into the snack game, where they effortlessly mastered the key choreographies of various K-pop hits in mere seconds. They covered an impressive range of songs:
