Hello Korea is buzzing with the latest chart-topping news: Global sensation KATSEYE, the groundbreaking group from HYBE and Geffen Records, has once again shattered their own records on the prestigious U.S. Billboard Hot 100 main song chart!

According to Billboard’s latest charts unveiled on January 6th (local time) for the January 10th chart week, KATSEYE’s track “Gabriela” from their second EP, “BEAUTIFUL CHAOS,” rocketed to an incredible No. 22 on the Hot 100. This marks a massive leap of 41 spots from the previous week, extending its cumulative chart run to an impressive 24 weeks!

But wait, there’s more! Another b-side from the same album, “Gnarly,” made a powerful re-entry onto the Hot 100 at No. 82. This is also a new peak for the track, now charting for a total of 12 weeks. It seems like the holiday season held back some serious firepower, and now KATSEYE is unleashing their full potential as we kick off the new year!

The EP itself, “BEAUTIFUL CHAOS,” is also dominating, securing the No. 17 spot on the main album chart, Billboard 200 – a 14-spot climb from last week. This album has been a consistent force, holding its own on the chart for 27 consecutive weeks since peaking at No. 4 on the July 12th chart. This longevity truly showcases the widespread love for every track on the album, not just the singles.

Beyond digital streams, “BEAUTIFUL CHAOS” is proving its physical appeal, consistently ranking high on sales charts. This week, it proudly claimed No. 4 on both “Top Album Sales” and “Top Current Album Sales,” extending its chart run to 27 consecutive weeks. Even their debut 2024 EP, “SIS (Soft Is Strong),” is still making waves, hitting No. 42 on “Top Current Album Sales.”

Adding to their unstoppable momentum, KATSEYE dropped their new digital single, “Internet Girl,” on January 2nd, signaling a new wave of global impact. This track immediately shot to the top of Spotify’s “Top Song Debut” chart (for the tracking period December 22nd to 31st) in both the U.S. and Global categories. It’s a fan-favorite track that was first unveiled during their North American tour in November-December, and the post-release buzz is absolutely electric! On its release day, “Internet Girl” racked up approximately 2.87 million streams on Spotify, marking KATSEYE’s highest-ever first-day streaming record for a single.
