The vibrant pulse of K-pop continues to resonate across Japan, with NCT WISH cementing their status as a formidable force following the successful conclusion of their recent Tokyo concert. The rookie group has once again demonstrated their immense popularity, captivating thousands and reinforcing their prominent presence in the Japanese music scene.

Held on January 17-18 at the prestigious Tokyo National Yoyogi Gymnasium’s First Gymnasium, the “NCT WISH 1st CONCERT TOUR ‘INTO THE WISH : Our WISH'” was an unequivocal triumph. The two-day event saw all tickets, including limited-view seats, completely sold out, drawing an impressive 24,000 spectators and emphatically proving NCT WISH’s powerful draw.

This Tokyo spectacle marked the grand finale of an extensive Japan tour, during which NCT WISH left an indelible mark across the archipelago. The group successfully completed a total of 17 sold-out performances across 9 cities, solidifying their local presence. Their tour itinerary included:

  • 🗓️ November 8-9: Ishikawa
  • 🗓️ November 15: Hiroshima
  • 🗓️ November 16: Kagawa
  • 🗓️ November 21-23: Osaka
  • 🗓️ November 29: Hokkaido
  • 🗓️ December 18-19: Fukuoka
  • 🗓️ December 21-23: Aichi
  • 🗓️ January 3-4: Hyogo
  • 🗓️ January 17-18: Tokyo

During the Tokyo concerts, NCT WISH thrilled fans with dynamic performances from their first Japanese mini-album, ‘WISHLIST’, released on January 14. The setlist featured the vibrant title track ‘Hello Mellow’ and the captivating B-side ‘Dreamcatcher’, infusing the audience with hopeful energy and their signature refreshing charm. The group’s diverse setlist also included Japanese versions of their hits and other fan favorites:

  • 🎶 ‘poppop (Japanese Ver.)’
  • 🎶 ‘Songbird (Japanese Ver.)’
  • 🎶 ‘WISH (Japanese Ver.)’
  • 🎶 ‘Hands Up’

The sheer scale and sell-out success of NCT WISH’s tour not only highlights their burgeoning influence but also underscores the enduring and expanding cultural exchange between Korea and Japan through music. The journey for NCT WISH continues as they are slated to participate in the upcoming ‘SMTOWN LIVE 2025-26 in FUKUOKA’. Fans can look forward to seeing them perform on January 31 and February 1 at the Fukuoka Mizuho PayPay Dome.
